When I put contact us short in my page it doesn’t give information about from which page does form is submitted. How do I make that possible. Because I use this short code in different pages or post. When customer fill up the form I do not recognize from which page that form was submitted
We are sorry but the form will not shows from which page the form was submitted. You can use the analytics so can get the details of which page the user has submit the form.
