Changing colour of section heading and text in Cleaning Pro theme

Dear Support

My client has just bought the Cleaning Pro theme and it is very good.

I was wondering if you could please advise how we can change the colour of section heading and text? We are using some dark background colours and can’t seem to work out how to change it without affecting the entire website.
