Cannot Modify any information on Corp Pro

I upgraded from Corporate Lite to the Pro Version and lost all of my changes as well as the ability to customize the theme. Examples would be no access to modify the contact number/email/social media buttons in the header; no option for modifying the slider images and a bar which is asking me to buy the theme – again. I have attempted to reinstall the theme and that does not fix the problem. Do you have any suggestions on how to fix this since I have already purchased the theme?

Once you install the pro version you can find all the features by go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Here you can find all the options.
