Cannot customize theme Transport Pro

I’ve bought and installed theme Transport Pro as guide on installation notepad file. However, I cannot customize most of all contents except header and footer.
Pls help and tell me which page builder plug-in I should use.

Pls help to customize “search box” and side bars, I didn’t find where to edit these

For homepage sections go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Sections >> Here you can find all the sections.
For sidebar go to Appearance >> Widgets >> Here you can add some widgets for page/blog sidebar.
