AwesomeOnePro theme – No xml file found -please send me

I purchased the AwesomeOne Pro theme and the downloaded zip file does not include the XML file to set up the site. Can you send me to my email please??

Hi i also have the same issue. I emailed your support email twice already and have not gotten a reply. I see that the response time on the forum is much faster. The email that I received has a link that says ” AwesomeOne Theme Package”. When I click this link it downloads and unzips the Awesomeone_pro.zip file only. I am not receiving the full theme package with all of the other files listed under the “file structure” section of the “Awesomeone WordPress Theme Documentation” page. This includes all of the files I need to use the tools provided by the theme. I also do not have the sample XML file that will allow me to change my page to appear as the “live demo”. If you could please send me the full template file package containing all the necessary and advertised files I would appreciate it.
