    I built and test site then uploaded to https://bellacabinetsupply.com/

    Everything except Jetpack Contact form is working.

    Test site is http://bella.fxn2.com/ with contact form working.

    Only difference is HTTP vs. HTTPS

    New site is only showing: [contact-form] instead of the contact form.

    Any ideas? Would use your shortcode but no CAPTCHA
