AwesomeOne Pro Not Working

I used AwesomeOne on my site and decided to upgrade to pro. I paid, downloaded the zip file, installed the theme and got something in the preview (and I tried it on the live site) that is very broken. Screen shot link below.

How do I either get my money back or get a correct zip file?
