Animals Pro Theme Issues- XML Upload Failed

I am having all sots of issues with the Animals Pro Theme I purchased and I am starting to get incredibly frustrated and am regretting my purchase.

I have activated the theme and it doesn’t look like the live demo at all. I am unable to upload the xml file, most of the images fail to upload. I have gone into Settings, Reading and ensured latest posts are selected. I have restored to default settings, I have uploaded the files via my domain through the FTP folder. Nothing works. Please help ASAP. I do not have time for this.

Don’t worry about the fail message. Go to Pages >> Here you can check if all the pages are imported if you see all the demo pages then the xml imported properly.
Or you can send us the site URL and the login details to our support email so we can setup the theme like demo.
