Album Image Captions

Hi – please could you tell me if it’s possible to add the Image Caption or Title on Album pages (I’m using Photolite Pro theme). I’d like to show this on the Single Album page, but also when clicking the image to show it in fancybox.

Please could you let me know how I could add this?
