When I upload, I keep getting this message:

Installing the theme…
The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.
Theme install failed.
Why didn’t this come come with a style.css stylesheet??? I wasted my money!
I have emailed and received no response! How do I get help with this? How do I get a refund? If not, I am reporting this company for false advertisement and stealing.
