As you can see, the large photos I chose (or any photos, really) on the front page are way too bright for text readability. You can’t read anything I wrote without a struggle with those images. I’ve tried inserting my own CSS but nothing makes a difference.
How can I edit within WordPress on this theme to darken the background or make the text more visible somehow?
